OOCanada.ca is a business directory, promotional, and supplier discovery platform.
We provide visibility, exposure, marketing support, and supplier discovery opportunities only.
OOCanada.ca is not a broker, distributor, sales representative, marketplace operator, escrow service, logistics provider, importer, exporter, or transaction intermediary.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Buyers must conduct their own due diligence before entering into any business relationship.
Suppliers are responsible for maintaining accurate and lawful listings.

4. SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITIES

Suppliers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and content of all submitted materials. By submitting content to OOCanada.ca, suppliers represent and warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations to publish such content. Suppliers agree not to submit false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing
content.

5. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

OOCanada.ca provides promotional visibility services only. We do not guarantee: Sales, Revenue, Leads, Customer inquiries, Website traffic, Export opportunities, Contracts, Business growth, Search engine rankings, Return on investment, or Commercial success of any kind. Business results depend on factors beyond our control.

6. NO ENDORSEMENT

The appearance of any company, supplier, product, service, advertisement, certification, or listing on OOCanada.ca does not constitute endorsement, approval, recommendation, verification, certification, or validation by OOCanada.ca.

7. NO TRANSACTION HANDLING

OOCanada.ca does not process payments, negotiate contracts, arrange shipments, provide escrow services, collect commissions, or participate in transactions between users. All business dealings occur solely between buyers and suppliers.

8. DUE DILIGENCE

Users are solely responsible for evaluating the legitimacy, reliability, quality, suitability, and legal compliance of any supplier, buyer, product, or service listed on the platform.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

OOCanada.ca may contain links to external websites and third-party services. We assume no responsibility for their content, services, products, privacy practices, or business activities.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, logos, branding, graphics, website content, databases, software, text, and materials belonging to OOCanada.ca are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

11. RIGHT TO REMOVE CONTENT

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OOCanada.ca and Montreal Espace Artificial Intelligence Inc., including their directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or economic damages arising from or relating to the use of the platform.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OOCanada.ca and Montreal Espace Artificial Intelligence Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, penalties, costs, and legal expenses arising from user content, listings, transactions, violations of law, intellectual property disputes, misrepresentations, or violations of these Terms.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

OOCanada.ca shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, failures, data loss, or service disruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including cyberattacks, internet outages, natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, acts of war, or technical failures.

16. NO AGENCY RELATIONSHIP

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, joint venture, employment relationship, brokerage relationship, franchise relationship, or representative authority between OOCanada.ca and any user.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations. Any legal proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Quebec, Canada.

19. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Payment & Refund Disclaimer constitute the entire agreement between users and OOCanada.ca regarding use of the platform.

21. CHANGES TO TERMS

OOCanada.ca reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions become
effective immediately upon publication on the website.
